For the renovation of our Alpine home, we chose to embrace green architecture and firmly embraced renewable energy, thanks to our supplier Dolomiti Energia and a new photovoltaic and solar thermal system. By supplying 100% renewable electricity certified with Guarantees of Origin, we avoided 3.86 tons of CO₂ in 2025: a concrete choice that informs our daily hospitality experience.
Air exchange in our spaces is guaranteed by a controlled mechanical ventilation system (CMV), which allows for high energy recovery.
Our guests also have access to an electric car charging station and an e-bike rental service.
We pay particular attention to waste management, with a recycling program that maximizes reuse and minimizes plastic use.
We have also installed Re-Cig Smokers Points—elegant, designer ashtrays that allow for responsible cigarette butt disposal. These devices not only help keep smoking areas clean, but also contribute to recycling the filters, transforming them into useful new objects and promoting environmental sustainability.
