Air circulation in our spaces is ensured by a mechanical ventilation system (MVHR), which allows for high energy recovery.
Our guests have access to an electric vehicle charging station and an e-bike rental service.
We pay particular attention to waste management, with a recycling program that maximizes reuse and minimizes plastic use.
We have also installed Re-Cig Smokers Points—elegant, designer ashtrays that allow for responsible cigarette butt disposal. These devices not only help keep smoking areas clean, but also contribute to recycling the filters, transforming them into useful new objects and promoting environmental sustainability.
