The Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and Turkish bath offer a warm embrace that provides a pleasant sense of relaxation and helps eliminate toxins, in perfect Alpine Longevity style. At the end of the humid zone, enjoy the ice waterfall, and finally, a regenerating break in the relaxation room.

To complete the experience, Zerobody Cryo offers a regenerating cryotherapy ritual, ideal for regaining energy and lightness.

For the sporty ones, the fitness area offers cardio equipment, weights and a bench.
