Take the A22 until the Trento Nord exit, then continue on the SS45bis in the direction of Mezzolombardo. Follow the signs for Andalo on the SP64. Once in Andalo, continue towards the center of the town along Viale Trento, then turn right following the signs for via Dossi. The Corona Dolomites Hotel is located at number 6.
The closest train station is Trento.
