In caso di disdetta verrà applicata la seguente policy di cancellazione:

– cancellations received 30 or more days before the scheduled check-in date: the deposit is returned, the guest pays nothing;

– cancellations received 29 to 8 days before the scheduled check-in date: the deposit is not returned, the guest pays an additional 20% penalty (50% of the stay);

– for cancellations received within 7 days prior to check-in or for non-arrival: the deposit is not returned, the customer pays an additional 70% penalty (100% of the stay);

– For late arrivals, late arrivals or early departures, 100% of the room price will be charged.

Our hotel accepts small/medium sized dogs, not puppies, in certain room types and only on request.

Dogs must have insurance. In the event of damage, the owners will be held liable.

There is an extra charge of Euro 15.00/day each for small dogs

Small dogs are allowed in the common areas, bar and lobby, and are also welcome on the terrace and in the garden in front of the hotel.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the sunbathing area and swimming pool.

The reception will take care of ordering flowers for every occasion (for a fee).

This is a non-smoking hotel. So there aren’t dedicated indoor smoking areas.

All our guests can use the large car park in front of the hotel free of charge. For some room types, the daily rate includes a parking space in the garage. Charging station for electric cars are available.

It will be our pleasure to organise transfers to meet you at the train station, at the airport or wherever you wish.

We cooperate with Fabio Viaggi. Maximum comfort and a fleet of cars for up to 8 people.
